Ways To Quit Smoking
I’m one of the fortunate ones. After struggling with smoking on and off for years and trying many different ways to quit smoking,I finally made up my mind once and for all that I would quit. I set a date and when that date arrived I put down the smokes and have been cigarette free ever since. For me it was an easy way to quit smoking, but that’s not how it went the countless previous times I tried to quit.
Ways To Quit Smoking
I don’t believe that there is one best way to quit smoking. Everyone who has quit thinks they have the easiest way to quit smoking but what works for one person and seems easy may not work at all for another person. Many people are simply able to quit cold turkey. You are obviously not one of those people or you would not be here looking for help. Most of us need some help, whether it is physical or mental to get past our smoking addiction.
We hear the claims of many products that they are the most effective out of all the ways to quit smoking. Can there be only one best way to quit smoking? Is there some magic bullet out there that will work for almost everyone. I’d like to think there is. And if there’s not one, perhaps I can find two solutions: one or the other will work for everyone.
Ways To Quit Smoking That Work
With the success of my last attempt to quit smoking I have to wonder why all my previous attempts at quitting failed? Was I just not ready to quit? Was there some psychological piece of the puzzle that had been missing before? How did I lose my desire to smoke? Previous attempts to quit smoking had me eventually wanting a cigarette so bad that I caved many times only to tell myself that I would quit someday. And then I did.
The best ways to quit smoking are obviously the ones that work for you. But how do you know what is going to work for you. I’ll try and explore that on this site. Which smoking cessation techniques work best for which people. I how to find the ways to quit smoking that will work for you.
